GENUINE TRICKS FOR ORGANIZING YOUR KITCHEN AND SAVING COOKING TIME

The kitchen is home to heart, and a well-planned space provides uninterrupted food preparation, cooking, roasting and cleaning – while saving time and effort.
What needs to be organized? Which parts are used and for what purposes? How much do you help, small appliances and pots you can forgive and how much space will you get? Write down your ideas and a detailed plan.

Five main zones in the kitchen
The kitchen works best when it is divided into zones. There are five main zones: for cooking, food preparation, cleaning, utensils and accessories, and the area where you hold food. Everything in the kitchen should fit into one of these five categories. Do you have something that does not belong to either, this is probably not a place in the kitchen.

Cooking – Spices, various types of oil and vinegar, cooking utensils, pots and pans, gloves and pods for hot pots and other utensils should be available in the cooking area.
Cleaning – This zone should have everything associated with cleaning, and it is usually located around the dishwasher and sink. This category includes kitchen utensils, objects under the sink (sponges, paper towels, microfibre cloths, garbage bags, detergents for washing machines), recycling and garbage cans.

PRE-PREPARED MEALS

If you are overcrowded, and you also want to save a bit, pre-prepared meals are the solution to you. You will save the money you spend in restaurants or on the delivered food, as well as the time you spend on daily purchasing and preparing meals. When cooking, simply boil twice or triple more and surplus freeze. You should know that not all foodstuffs are suitable for freezing – do not freeze fruit and vegetables with high water content, fresh potatoes, fried foods and dishes containing mayonnaise, cream or yogurt.

Fast and fine tortillas
These tortillas are quick to prepare and eat even faster. Boil the rice and prepare tomato sauce, port and pepper. Fill the tortillas with rice, sauce, beans (cooked or canned) and corn and sprinkle with chewed cheese. If you like slimy, chop a little chilly paprika into the mixture. Wrap the prepared tortiles in aluminum foil, each separately, and then store them in the bags and freeze them. When you prepare them, fry the frozen tortillas wrapped in aluminum foil for about half an hour in the oven at 180 degrees or unwind them from the foil, wrap them in a damp paper towel and warm in a microwave oven.

The process

Domestic lactation any day of the week
You have an excellent recipe for home-made lasagna, but you simply do not have time to prepare them often? Lasagna is a great candidate for freezing, you just have to prepare them properly and after just bake. Lay the baking tray with aluminum foil and prepare the lactation according to your favorite recipe. Place them in the freezer for hardening, then remove them from the bowl and wrap them tightly with one more layer of aluminum and then plastic foil. So prepared, lasagna can stand for up to one month in the freezer. Before baking, rotate them, put them in the baking tray and store them in the refrigerator for 24 hours to evaporate.

We distinguish three basic cooking methods: dry cooking methods, humid cooking methods, and combined cooking methods. Dry cooking methods are those that use hot air to treat the food, and wet cooking methods use water or some other liquid. Combined, therefore, combine the dry and moist method. Eg. we first fry the meat on the pan to close the pores and bring it back into the liquid and drink on light heat.
